Kinda makes you wonder, though - "who was the first person to decide 'yea...I'll eat that'"? Rocky mountain oysters. Liver. Lobster. Crabs. Oysters? Who makes that leap from "ugh" to "food" for the first time?? Seriously - how hungry would you have to be, to be the first human being to look at a lobster, and think....."dinner"?
