1972 Dodge Charger Coupe. This 1972 Charger was restored over the past couple years and is a wonderful car for shows and driving. It features its original 318 that was rebuilt 18k miles ago. It has an Edelbrock aluminum intake with Edelbrock 1406 Carb on top, Electronic ignition, factory exhaust manifolds into dual exhaust, 727 Automatic Transmission that was also rebuilt. ARE wheels with radial tires. The interior is original. Dyna mat is installed under the factory carpet for a quieter ride. It has bucket seats and a console, original AM radio, and factory gauges. The body is in excellent condition and was expertly restored. The white paint has blue and green pearl which shines in the sun. A fiberglass R/T hood was installed and a wing on the trunk lid for the added look. A new front bumper was also installed. The brakes were upgraded to front disc, which is all new. It also has its original Broadcast sheet and fender tag showing how it was built from new. This car runs perfect, drives very well, looks great, and is something you can use on the weekends or as a very cool daily driver.

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye. This is a 72 Challenger I purchased thinking of restoring it but I have had quite a few health problems and can not afford to keep it. This is a Rallye challenger with a slap stick automatic. The engine is a 80's 360 that should run forever. Has a new intake and a new 650 Holley Carb. It has new tires and rims which have less then 100 miles on them. Front Tire size 19" and the backs are 21". The exhaust is new and has very few miles on it. The fender tag says factory color is G4 which is a fairly rare color. I have other parts such as window seals and door seals for the car but I can not get them on in my condition. Also has a new Kenwood CD with hook up for phone and i pod. Has new 6X9 speakers in back and new kick panels with 4" speakers. There is also a new oem under dash wiring harness in the car. All gauges and tach works and yes the clock also works with new moving parts. This car is a driver not a show car but a car you can hop in and drive. It also has air-conditioning but I don't have a compressor and brackets. If you have any questions please let me know.

67dodge87987-2.jpg

1967 Dodge Coronet 440. Purchased from the original owner in 1986. Originally a 318 that was converted to a 67 440 motor and 727 transmission 17 years ago. The 440 has been rebuilt and has a forged crank and pistons. It has 915 closed chamber heads as well as a mild hydraulic camshaft and dual plane intake. Trans has been rebuilt with a shift kit at the same time and a mild stall converter installed. Excellent running, smooth combination excellent for cruising. Has 2500 miles since completion. Behind the transmission is a custom Dynotech Engineering 3" alum driveshaft, spinning a set of 3.23 gears and factory sure grip unit. Exhaust consists of hooker headers and TTI exhaust system exiting GTX exhaust tips in stainless 2.5".
Suspension is full XV Motorsports level I kit. This includes 1.12 torsion bars, custom alum shocks, f & r sway bars, adjustable strut rods and special leaf springs and urethane bushings. It also has a firm feel stage III steering box. The car corners like its on rails despite the 15" wheel and tire combination. It is a true sleeper. Nobody expects flat cornering from a car that looks like this..It also has front disc brakes, rear drums with a dual diaphragm booster and a vacuum reserve can. Braking system has all new lines and hoses.
The body was original when purchased. The pass side quarter was replaced, but the driver side was patched. All other metal is original to the car. None of the floors had to be replaced. The car was painted 13 years ago and still looks excellent. Painted in VIPER RED. There are some very small bubbles at the bottom of the drivers quarter, front fender and trunk lid lip. Bumpers were redone, all lenses in nice condition too.
All glass except for the windshield is original and in nice condition. Both window gaskets, roof rail and door weatherstrips were changed along the the belt line weatherstrips and door lock seals. All stainless trim is real nice and straight. Sail panel trim could use re chroming but is not damaged in any way.
The interior was redone with new seat covers, carpet and headliner over the last 11 years and looks excellent. The speedometer was replaced with a 150 mph unit as well. Orig radio is in place but does not work. Auxiliary gauges have been added. The original gauges work also. Heat works properly.
This is a very solid and complete car that is ultra reliable and performs excellent. This is a serious car being sold at a fair price from a private owner.

Price $ 20,000 OBO NO TRADES

I really enjoy these threads and I appreciate all the work you do on them Wingfoot.
I agree with SteveSS, thanks for taking the time to find and post these. There's some interesting cars here.
Greetings Steve & 440RUSH! Thanks for the Kudos! Most of the under $10k listings are retired MOPARS that need mucho work & dinero to get road worthy. There are damn few decent buy and drive MOPARS under $10K! There are exceptions.........

I am pleasantly surprised for a fist full of dollars more, there are so many more reasonably priced MOPAR beauties available as acceptable turnkeys un-touched that most FBBO members would proudly cruise down Main Street, USA; the same goes for cruising Down Under!

Under $10k, BUILD your dream!
Over $10k, DRIVE your dream!
As for me now, I am favoring the OVER $10k offerings! To each his/her own! Luv U Guys!
