They had differing levels ls of bravery scoping out the backyard. Two were in the tree line, one in the middle of the yard, and one came up to the porch. If it weren't for the camera's excellent night vision we would have only seen one. I guess I'm telling you there are more threats out there than you think.

You'll have to put your Road Runner in the garage at night.

As long as you have a Road Runner I believe they'll never catch you even with Acme support. Lol.

Here in NW Nevada, we have them in the neighborhood quite a lot!!! Even during the daytime. They are considered Vermin and pests, so we will, at any opportunity, place a well shot of a 22 pellet into their bodies. Or if they climb over the 8 ft fences and get into the back yard, shoot to kill. Amazing, they can climb that high!!! Tails also can fetch a good $$$...cr8crshr/Bill :usflag: :usflag: :usflag:

Yep, we have them in and around my subdivision. Also, one day I was out front talking with 2 buddy's that stopped by and right down the middle of the sidewalk in the middle of the afternoon a bright orange red fox just trotted on right between us like we weren't even standing there talking. I was surprised how orange his coat was. I was also surprised how many are running around the outskirts of down town Detroit.

Four ? Were they holding signs ?

I WAS surprised to see 4 at once and the fact you don't really know what's out there without night vision. I've seen a single coyote try to steal a fawn from a herd of deer.

It was unsuccessful. Four coyotes might have gotten away with it.

What you need is a Hellcat, they are a Coyote's mortal enemy! They can devour a coyote in one bite!

During birthing season...yotes will follow pregnant deer. Fawn hits the ground and never stands before being eaten. I shot one yote at my place. I let it lay for a week. A warning to others. I have a suppressed 22 and a thermal imager. This year, we're gonna call em in and kill a bunch.

When we moved in to where we live, we had every Michigan animal visiting us, except wolves, bear, elk, or pumas. The yotes showed up about 10-15 years ago. Now, you rarely see anything.
Lots of people in the area are shooting them, but there are 1000's in a 20 mile square area.
