I need help for my throttle braket and kickdown linkage on the new 496 stroker. It has an Edelbrock 383 Torker Intake with Quickfuel Slayer carb. The stock throttle cable and kickdown linkage doesn‘t fit anymore.
What Bracket Kit do I need??
Is this one the right for my needs?

And will I need this one, too??

I used a kit from Bouchillon Performance. Specialize in Mopar. Throttle cable is easy, have to change some brackets n lever on transmission. With headers, h-pipe n Gearvendor o/d already installed, it was a bit of a pain, but got it done in about 2 hrs. I like the setup. This is on my 496 stroker w a Performer intake and Fitech EFI.

Depends on what kick down linkage you have now. If you have a factory 3 piece linkage then use the AR036 throttle bracket. If you have a one piece kickdown rod then you might want to go aftermarket. You should read the instructions before you order the parts so you can verify that it will work for you.

Yeah, I sure did read the instructions. I‘m no tech guy and things that are clear for tech guys, ain‘t for me. Many things, I don‘t understand, even if they‘re basic stuff. That‘s the reason, I ask for help, so I could order the correct stuff and give it to a mechanic to put it in.
Sometimes the foreign language is not that easy to understand in technical wise. Sorry for that!

I just recieved the bracket set that Andy linked. This is my go-to for low and mid rise intakes. Awesome stuff! How in the hell could you screw up throttle linkage? It only does two things...or in my case one because I drive a MANual transmission lol.
