they are the same lenses from 60s up to 70s for all kind of clusters. The only real diff you can find is some of them are riveted on one end and the other end keeps the pin to the key into the housing, and some others get both pins on both sides and they are cut/melted into the housing on both sides. You actually can fit anyone of them on the other. Specially the dual pin kind since just will need to cut the pin and make the hole for the rivet... or simply glue it to the housing.
On the two links I posted, the first one selling 3 lenses are the riveted kind so on your case, will be a plug and play job after remove the existant rivet on your broken one ). The second one selling just one is the dual pin kind, which could be drilled on one end to use a rivet like the original, or simply glue it.
Althought drill it could be in risk to break it. Maybe better use a soldering gun to melt and make the hole for the rivet
