Time for a show lets see the 71-74's

Yes I agree but that doesn't stop people from drilling holes in their trunk lid to attach a Go Wing. This also includes A Bodies and C Bodies. IMO they're only acceptable on E Bodies.

My car does not have a Go Wing. However, it was equipped from the factory with a Gull Wing. Which has been on it for over 49 years. I would never put a Go Wing on my car.. I don't like Go Wings on any Bodies..

Says who?

Jim's Auto Parts?

His prices are way overpriced!! I've heard horror stories of how he tacks on charges after you made an order. Bad customer service, rude old lady that answers the phone. So if you got good service from him count your blessings.

Here's an example of his insane prices, subject: Distributor Cap Hold On Clips

Jim's: (scroll down just a bit)
https://www.jimsautoparts.com/engine_ignition_parts.htm

Bill Rolik's: (same item)
http://www.billrolikenterprises.com/proddetail.php?prod=1838508-P

Jim $49.95
Bill $8.00

$50.00 for distributor hold down clips when they can be had for $8.00 WTF?????

The to OP sorry for the Hijack.
Ahh...says me. I apologize that you and I had 2 completely different experiences. I made you something because you hate these 2 things the most.:poke:

My 74 RR still lives. I bought this car back in 77, it was gun metal grey, 318 3spd white/plaid interior. I put a 340 4 spd in it and painted it yellow Emron. Ended up spinning a rod bearing and traded it in on a 74 Challenger in 78 amd lost track of this. A friend sent me this picture taken last summer at a car show. Glad to see it is still around.

Do you happen to have any pic of your car while it was still Gun Metal. I have a car I am putting back to that color in a year or so.

Here is the only one I could find right now. This picture is after I caught it on fire trying to weld in new spring perches.

I spent a month tucking in the front and rear bumper and painting every thing flat black or semi gloss black the inside of the valence and grills . I also installed a front spoiler. From 4 years ago to today this car has had a huge transformation . New vinyl top/head liner all new suspension new wheels and tires its turned into my money pit for sure ha ha. This forum over these 4 years has helped a guy that thought he knew what he was doing and honestly he got a reality check from some of the members in here lol. I appreciate the honesty of this group thanks guys it's appreciated.
