Man, a 67 Belvedere II with a 440 big block, a 4 speed transmission and a great color, along with living in Haw! Does it get any better than that? A BEAUTIFUL picture and an AWESOME car! Richard

Hey Thanks Bro! Funny story behind the pic with the mountains. We were coming back from the Toys For Tots ride in Kaneohe and blew our front left tire. What a great place to break. Thanks to Scott for the spare and thanks to Glenn for bringing it out!
Wow, I hope you didn't have damage done to the car with the blown tire! :worry: What color is your interior? Any more pictures of the car that you can share? As far as that beautiful mountain pictures goes though, I think that you should post LOTS more pictures like that one for the folks on this board who can't find their garages in the snow, let alone drive their cars right now. It might make them feel a LITTLE better. It's 70 degrees in Phoenix AZ today, so I'm good, but others aren't so fortunate! :cold: Richard
Thanks for the compliments. There was no real damage in the blowout. The fender strut had to be straightened but nothing too hard. Here's some more pics, as requested.
Very cool that the tire issue didn't cause any serious damage and THANK YOU for the excellent pictures! From what I understand, there is a pretty nice grouping of very nice Mopar's on the islands and your pictures seen to prove that point! Not to get off this threads subject topic, but here's a couple of pictures that I took last summer at a public park about a half mile from my home here in Phoenix AZ. Richard
There are precious few places that I would consider living other than Hawaii. I got to say that Pheonix is one of them. Nice photos! As far as Mopars in Hawaii, we do what we can. There are very few Mopars on the island but most of them are really nice. Check us out @ www.moparshawaii.com
Here's a shot of my buddy's garage the day I bought the red one. He's got 3 Challengers. 2 are original 6 pack cars. The black one is an original black on black on black with a HOT 383. He has 14 classics total and says they're all for sale because he's running out of places to park them. All I could do is smile and say "Life is hard..."
Dang, why does the image upload always fail from a url?? Here is my 69 Bee clone too, i repainted the grill and hood lip today. http://i572.photobucket.com/albums/ss161/rp23g7/1969 Coronet/IMG_4886.jpg http://i572.photobucket.com/albums/ss161/rp23g7/1969 Coronet/IMG_4897.jpg 69 Charger RT, do you drive that on the street, those tires are huge. Didnt like the body color bumpers at first, but they grew on me.
Thanks Richard...the black 66 was my first car I got on my own back in 1974, the yellow 66 we bought from original owner in 1996 I think, 160,000 mile original car, both are 383 factory 4-spd car, yellow car was born on May 2nd, black car was born on May 6th. Purple car is just a toy we built from scratch....little Dart is slant 6 powered with AC, power steering, and auto trans... More pics of each are at my Hub Garage link in signature at bottom Bryan
Im a street racer so thats why me and the wife bought this car and for tire size im go to putting 33-22.5-15 slicks on the rims for the street
Man, another BEAUTIFUL yellow Mopar! Your 68 Coronet 500 convertible is absolutely AWESOME! :wtg: Richard
