looking at a roadrunner and it doesn't have a vin plate but the numbers are stamped on the trunk lip n rad support is there anyway It could be titled or have another vin made ?

In my opinion,
In that "neck of the woods" I would be wary.
Look at the "other numbers" in multiple places but is it is missing that main VIN, disregard the car
