inspected inside of case and had a good look at the gears and synchros. all good and no filings. at least i can sleep well knowing that’s all good. will get it back together over next few days.
i had a chat with Paul at 5speeds.com / GearBoxVideo on YouTube. very nice guy. he listened to my issues and, yep, as someone else here advised me, was clutch is NOT disengaging and to look at my hydraulic throw out system. - Thanks Paul!
