Anyone have any experience with a tm7 intake manifold on a 440 I cannot find any info online . I picked it up for $160. Was wondering if it would give me any more performance over my stock intake

They are a very good single plane intake and mid to upper rpm’s is where it works best.

Im not sure what my motor has in it from what i was told it was a stock bottom end with an rv cam in it and stock cast heads and a 750 holley. Looking to have the motor gone through soon . Any recommendations for a nice cam and carb to go with this intake

Old-timey manifold but very solid performance. Replaced by the Torker which does a little better...as said above depends on your combo. With your setup you're gonna wonder where your power went. Your tarantula or similar single-plane intakes just aren't a good match for stock heads and an RV cam.

With the combo that you described, a dual plane will perform a lot better. That single plane will bring the power band up to the 4000-6000 RPM range. Your combo is not set up for that. Good luck.
