in my opinion scoops are a worn out theme on early b-bodies. i'd never consider one for my '65 coronet.

I agree with Lew that not all B's look better with scoops. My 64 Belvedere had a black Max Wedge scoop on it when I bought the car years ago and I left it on the car for a few years. I scored an unmolested hood nearby, painted it and put it on the car to see if I liked it and after a while sold the old hood with the scoop. JMHO

Scoop, just install it correctly, don't put something ridiculus or oversized. keep it tasteful.

IMO, the "Very Best" scoop is made by joey Cole out of Michigan, but you'll pay for it.
