Torque converter bolts.

Vibration when engine is running, but the car not moving? Something in the engine or transmission.
Vibration when moving can be almost anything.... including eight year old tires.

I did have the car up on jackstands for months in the summer and was running with the car in gear. But I can’t definitely say if I felt any vibration.

Don't think so. Mopar used 5/16" and 7/16 screws. These are listed as 5/16" and the picture makes me think you have 7/16". You need to verify what diameter screws you have.

I went and ordered both sizes. The 5/16 will come on Sunday and the 7/16 on Tuesday. Let’s see which one fits.

Thats right the flexplate only lines up in 1 position that converter will be spinning off centre

From the picture that doesn't even look like it's lined up with the hole. It can ONLY bolt on one way to get all 4 bolts in.

Because you said that, I'm going to get 5/16 bolt from Lowes tomorrow and see what happens. But will 3 of 4 line up with the 4th one not aligned?

Of four possible positions, only one is correct and all four holes line up. And if that is a cast crank motor, a counterweighted converter in the wrong place will knock your fillings out.
On my converters and flex plates, I always put a paint mark on the offset hole in both. ( mopars are kinda famous for bolt patterns with one offset hole. You can find them in converters, flexplates, flywheels, and harmonic balancers.)
In your pic, it looks like it might have a paint mark to the left of the hole in the flexplate.

Totally agree. You can get 3 in and the 4th won't line up. Get the orientation correct and all 4 will line up. It's seriously annoying.

I had a light under the car, that could just be a reflection of the light on the metal. If they aren't lined up, I can take all four bolts out and attempt to line them up, is it easy to spin the converter that close to the flex plate?

I re-thought this. I think you can only get two bolts in if the orientation is wrong
If it's wrong, you can't get a bolt into the offset hole in the converter , or through the offset hole in the flexplate into the standard location hole in the converter.
So, If it's got three in, you should be lined up okay for the fourth.

I am expecting the worse, it's how it's been since I bought this car. I was unable to install a mine starter a few weeks ago. Makes me wonder what else this FKN guy did. If it does line up, it could be laziness or the bolt backed out and fell.

I would check the flex plate carefully for cracks. It was probably flexing a lot with one bolt missing.

A couple of times when the engine was hot, if I put it into reverse I heard a ping. I thought maybe something was hitting the exhaust when I put it into reverse and moved. Maybe it’s the flex plate? ‍

The car was never really driven. This guy did a ton of work and it was never driven. It hasn’t been on the road since 1984.

I'd be worried about the other work if the missing torque converter bolt is an indication of skill and attention to detail.

I corrected allot of stuff. That’s why I’m using the car to run errands locally. The secrets come out the more I use it.

The missing bolt hole has been elongated to try & maike it fit i bet the other have as well here is one i had on the bench in the wrong position you can get the 3 in & the last looks to be out by about the same amount as yours

You have 3/8 bolts. Yes 3 will go in 1 won't. Looks like what you have going on. It's not that bad to fix. Just another thing on the to do list.
