Torrid Red vs. Hemi Orange Paint code V2

Can anyone confirm that in 1972 that the Dodge Hemi Orange was the exact same color as the Plymouth Torrid Red? That's what I've always heard but I want to confirm before I buy the paint for my 1972 GTX with paint code E V2. Is there anything else I need to take into consideration to make sure I get as close to the 1972 color as possible.

It's Tor red and it's the same as Hemi orange, v2 is v2

They are the same color, PPG 2186 or Dupont 5067. I'd use PPG, it's what the factory used and is a thicker paint in DBC
