Torsion bar RH & LH ?

Is the a Right and Left torsion bar on a 70 Plymouth GTX. If so how do you tell . Thanks

Check the end, there should be a R and a L on them.

Usually the bars with the odd number goes on the left and an even number the right side. Some have a L OR R also. The third way was paint spots two on the left and one on the right.

Thank you I had a 50 -50 chance of guessing it right I installed it wrong . Fords are lot easier than mopars.

I've "heard" that if you put them in backwards they can break since they've always been twisted one direction (if used) and you suddenly twist them the other way.
