I was wondering what fittings are needed for the trans lines? I pulled two off my old transmission but the previous owner cut the end off and put rubber hoses on the radiator side. But that has me wondering do I need to do that to these lines since the trans will twist some? The lines are aluminum.

Also I bought the lines pre bent online but one of them is a hair from touching the header... And they seem to be alittle long?
Oh and I assume the U bend goes around the sway bar?

Thanks I have the slip on for a hose but the ends of my new lines have a thread female end on them for like an AN-4... But in my mind the line will need to flex/twist which it won't if both ends are ridgid.

Your making way more complicated then it really needs to be, stop worrying about it. They've been rigid since day one and will not change, bend, kink, twist, whatever, it just won't happen if they're installed correctly, tight or not!
