I have the MoPar Performance
deep finned/cast aluminum pan w/drainplug
from like 2005-ish version on my current 68 RR tf727
(used them before to)
I use Moroso #93110, rubber with a steel core
it's cost between $28 & $40+ depending on where it's purchased
I've never had any issue, no leaks
as long as the surfaces are both clean/dry & relatively flat as possible
don't be in a big hurry
attention to detail,
cleanliness when dealing with sealing surfaces
is key
I usually use a very thin film of good automotive gasket sealant
(I used Dap from Napa IIRC the last time, it was what I had on hand)
to hold it in place on the pan while installing
don't over tighten it either
it's not as "cheap" like the cork or paper, gaskets
but worth the extra $$$
good luck
