Tri City plating also keeps quite a few bumpers in stock for sale. That might be an option if you don't have a core to work with.
Same here.
They did the bumpers on my car. Back early 2000s i think.

Still look new today

The story of their founding makes sense - this region at one time was known for being one of
the largest printing and binding areas in the world.
Part of that "old school" printing process were the huge chrome rollers in the presses that were
impregnated with the images and words being mass printed onto the paper stock.

As each print job changed, they would take those rollers and re-chrome them "blank" again,
rendering them ready for the next job to be "burned" into them.
I've witnessed some of that going on in real time and the process is quite impressive - and in those
days, about every guy doing it would offer to re-chrome stuff for me "for a price". :)
