Trunk divider board and insulation?

OK, I finally got my Trunk divider board and insulation. Does the insulation install facing the trunk or the back seat side of the board?

Yep insulation should face the seat, so when you open the trunk you see the board and not a bunch of jute. Don't do it how Graveyard Carz does it lol!
