My trunk floor was replaced in one piece. I used a floor i bought from classic,my question is the trunk floor braces and the fuel tank strap braces. Would they be already on the floor or is that something separate i need to weld on to the floor. I didn't notice were the tank strap would go when i was under the car the other day and I'm worried we never put those braces on…Any help is appreciated

It may be the bracket for the J bolts was not touched, however that support strap was not installed.

I would expect you would use your existing braces, unless they are rusted out. I've seen the braces listed/sold separately on AMD's website. I can't imagine Classic is anymore generous than AMD and would include the braces on the pan. I bought a 2 piece AMD trunk pan and no braces. Not even the spare tire holder bracket or jack brackets.

Well as it looks the trunk brace was never installed. Now the car is at my daughters and i don't have a welding machine down there,so my only option is to haul my engine drive machine there and use some 023 solid core wire in my spool gun. My question is exactly were does that brace go? Does it mount in the middle of the floor?
