Trunk torsion bar sliders

Im wondering if anyone has one or two photos that can show the trunk torsion bar sliders installed. This is for a 1967 Plymouth Satellite or GTX. And would these have been painted in place when the car was done originally or no paint? This is for a convertible but assume the installation and principle is the same for hardtops as well.

Unmolested 65. A little overspray from painting the trunk. These were not painted

They look pretty crusty painted!

Ok...I would think these would be painted in place since I have to imagine the torsion bars would be installed when the car was painted? But not 100% certain on that.
