I have a 1966 Charger there is no build sheet and all the id plates are gone. Someone in the past painted it dark blue,
. The VIN says it’s CC1 light blue poly but I think the paint I’ve uncovered looks more like EE1 medium turquoise poly. What do you all think?

E is dark blue
K is medium turquoise
L is dark turquoise.

The VIN tag doesn't say any color.
The fender tag, broadcast sheet and certicard will say the color.

What do you have that says the color?

I dont have any of those. The vin is a assigned VIN and has CC1 in it I was assuming it was CC! but now after revealing the true paint color I think its Turquoise.

The one I had back in 1918 was Silver with a Red interior. This one is blue metallic paint I think its B3 Blue Streak from the 70's with a blue interior. If I repaint it Im trying to decide what color, I want. I was going to go back to the factory but am not totally decided and due to no paperwork, I guess I can paint it anything I want!

Here is a pick of my 66 Charger from a few years back. I just finished pressure washing it and this was the only area with original paint. I had just pulled it out of a field where it had been sitting since 90. My fender tag is EE1. HTH

Ok, now with what you've explained.... what do I think ? .............. I think you should paint it whatever color you like.

Agree 100%
I agree pick your favorite, but ask yourself if it is important to you how it looks at night, to me I like colors that pop out in lights at night when cruising. Some colors look black or just don't reflect well under street lighting? Just my opinion.

Is that yours?

Great color!
Yes, that is mine. I like the color, but it's a newer Imron color the PO painted it just doesn't look right. I'm thinking about either the original turquoise or maybe silver like my first one. back in 1978 when I had my first car (a 66 Charger) it was silver, I thought it looked like a weapon like a missile or a bullet. and the silver paint just made it look cool. Then with that awesome taillight that goes across the back of the car was bad assed. My buddies called my car the Millenium Falcon.
