Seems like I read that with tubular A arm allows for a wider front rim?

I have a 70 GTX with QA-1 upper arms , front dis brakes other than that front suspension stock , I want the most tire rim I can get under front
This isn’t my first post in b body , used this forum for years , always got good info and help , thanks

Your limiting factor is the frame and inner fender, not the A-arm

15" rims aren't the problem, but 14s can be.

Thanks for the input , I’ve got 15x8 front 15x10 rear Torque thrust wheels on it now , Looking to have same size on all 4 ,, 17x9 year one wheels and 255x50-17 I’ve read where some are running 17x9 on front ,,,, just trying to make sure befor I order ,,?
