My friend's wife is always giving me (good-natured) grief about roasting turkeys. The conversations are like this:
2015
Her: Are you going to use a bag? You HAVE to use a bag!
Me: No.
Mine:

Hers:

2016:
Her: Are you going to brine your turkey? You HAVE to brine it!
Me: No.
Mine:

Hers:

This year I've been eating mine,
and waiting for this year's picture from them.

I too pick yours.....I brine mine, Cajun injection, fridge and then into the deep fryer....
