which ground?Could be a ground corroded...
I bought a new flasher haven't tryed it yet.its a 71 orginal flasher.Headlight switch might cause that. Are they bright? Did you try another flasher? What year?
I will.Got a big car show friday.I just had my radiator replaced last week. You think something got loose?Well, hell, try the new flasher.
Think simple things first...
i wish someone had a pic.that would make left side run slow? The ground up front is real easy to reach from the radiator... it's on up high by the top and if it got a little tug it could have been compromised...

both drivers front and rear bulbs wont flash.they do sometimessimple... if broken, won't flash the right side. Is just one flashers for both sides ;) works or not to both sides
if one side doesn't flash you don't have load able to heat the bimetallic inside i.e. no high watt bulbs. Are you just looking at cluster light keeping on, or all bulbs outside on left side keep lighting up without blink?
