He may not have know exactly what was in it....but taking any kind of drugs and drinking alky is usually a big no no.

And they will win, just last week a judge in Oklahoma found in favor of the plaintiff ok states lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson. Its sets a very dangerous precedent for manufacturers in this country. If you make a product that can be dangerous IF NOT USED CORRECTLY then you will be liable. I'm personally ashamed of that judge here in my state.
