Unknown Air Dam - HELP PLEASE

I was going through my stack of parts and found this. I believe it's an air dam but can not find where it might belong on my '74 SE Brougham. Any help would be appreciated.

The dam is about twenty inches long, short lip is one inch and log lip maybe 2.5 inches..

I was thinking maybe at the bottom of the core support but maybe not.
