Unusual Horn Button Markings

It most certainly is an original paint Petty Blue car. It doesn't appear to have even so much as a valve cover removed during its lifetime. Some of the previous owners were J.M. Heath in Marble Hill as well as Chuck Hollifield and Teddy and Gene Duncan from Jasper. I have done some research trying to contact any of these people without much success.
