Hello, I'd like to use a vintage Sun tack with transmitter box in my 68 Charger that has electronic ignition. Does anyone know how or if this can be done.

Thank you

What type of ignition?
If its the "Chrysler" style ECU and if the Tachometer takes it's signal from the Coil - terminal then it should work the same as points.

They usually have a square wave tachometer output wire.

So my next question is, does that mean I don't use the transmitter.

thank you

welcome to FBBO

this is not a Q&A tech section
this is the Welcome Wagon, it's for intros
& getting to know each other, maybe share a few photos etc.
there's nowhere near as much traffic here
not back & forth tech or questions

go to the proper section of the forum here
or maybe General Discussion
& ask there

good luck

^^^^Huh?

Op is asking for technical help with an electrical problem...in the Electrical section. I do not see a problem....
