WE code on fender tag?

I am curious about the white roof stripes that this code pertains to. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

White pin striping painted on the side of the roof just above the door and rear window and running from front and ending in the sail panel. Usually the color of the stripe matched the interior color, but changes could and were often made,
as in the case of this Charger. With dark blue exterior paint with a dark blue interior color, a white stripe made sense.

There were only certain combinations available from the factory.
I have them in the fender tag info http://www.retrorarities.com/FenderTag.htm
