They use the pit lane as a no-prep track at Pikes Peak International Raceway once a month. It's an 8th mile with ana 8th-mile slowdown area. Then when you're driving back to the start you get to go on the high banked curves. You're supposed to go slow but no one does.

A storm came in and they canceled the race and gave us our money back. We got in about 6 races so it was all good.
 
No, we were too busy trying to get as many runs in as we could. My son was driving our '71 Challenger. He kicked my butt as I was driving a non-Mopar car.
