What am I missing?

This is what I have.

Here's a diagram for a '66 and I'm wondering if the '67 has the same parts? Does the '67 have the airshield? Does it hold anything else on or can I run without it?

So I need?
Bumper and brackets
grill panel
grill and bezels
airshield?

I have a 67 and am looking that panel right now, two bolts attach it to the lower radiator support but nothing else is attached anywhere. Btw, that pic above has the wrong angle so you wouldn't be able to see it anyway. Maybe a condenser attaches to it? I'm not sure, I don't have air but it does have 7 holes in the front of it...???
Edit: maybe it blocks air from bypassing the radiator from below.

I took mine off...I figure i,m not going to drive on gravel roads anyway...Put an air dam on it...pushes air into the radiator...Saw an ad for 66 plymouth...it was a drag car with the similar setup I did...I,ll sell you mine for 35 bucks plus shipping..
