What are these for?

Have a couple of these and wonder where they go/what they’re for? Maybe they aren’t interior?

They clip in at the rear of the quarter windows to keep wind from blowing up behind the headliner when the quarter windows are down.

They are there to help water go in the quarter and not behind the door card.
