Not a big fan of these stripes on our cars. I think our traditional stripes and paint schemes are fitting. I like these stripes on A body Darts and Dusters.
Make sure you get some skinny chick with a big belt buckle to rub up all over your car after you get those stripes installed.
It can only improve the look.

I'm with chargerrt340, traditional is best. If you're set on going custom, why not go period custom?
Be an individual, just like everybody else.
Im just trying to see if there is nice ways to break up the solid colors with out looking to over the top. I would like to go black but I don't feel like I can put enough towards the body work to do black justice to get those laser straight line. With these cars being the boats they are any lines and imperfections in the large open spaces would be easily seen. Im really leaning towards the blue. Ironically enough " Mecum " in the back ground here said if I paint it red ill get pulled over more, haha. Im not sure how period I would go with the paint besides a solid color. Im not a fan of colors in 68', they need more depth. I think there are some newer dodge colors that would look nice.
I was considering PGE green or green with envy for my bee clone. It's the green that came on the new challengers. I think I'm going to end up going blue though. I liked the viper blue but it was a bit dark. Also look at Toyota speedway blue. Came on the tacomas.
