What is tallest intake that fits under the hood?

I'm wondering what is the tallest intake and air cleaner assembly you guys have been able to fit under the stock flat hood of a 1966-1967 belvedere/satellite? BTW, sitting on a 440!

I'm running the edebrock RPM intake on my 66 with the stock unsilence breather. I had to go with a shorter filter and remove the hood insulation but it fits.

The shorter filter is the key. I went to my local parts store and they had a catalog with all of the filter sizes. I just got one that was the same diameter but was about 1 inch shorter. I can get you the part # for the filter if you need it.

my buddy is running a torker single plane on top of a 383 with a edel air cleaner and ut fits just fine under the 66 belvy hood
