Internet advertisement interruption is promoting another way to lose weight when diet and exercise alone are not effective. Not sure, because I won't listen to the entire sales pitch, but perhaps this factor is called "floraspring". Who has investigated this further? Thank You. (I probably need to gain weight, so I am just curious).

Any lasting weight loss does not come easy. If you can loose 100 in a short amount of time it’s coming back. Not sure what they do here but true lasting weight loss comes from lifestyle changes, hard work, and time!!
