What's it Worth What Is This, Is It For A 1979 Cordoba Or Something Else… And What Is It Worth???

My stepdad had this a year or so ago and he was going to throw it out so I took it to find out what it was for… and maybe either give it to my friend, to try to find someone who can use it if they would like it, or just throw it out. I looked up the 3846579 number on it and it came up for a 1979 Cordoba or Magnum heater. Is this correct, or is it for something else? Does anyone know what it could be worth if anything? Any help with identifying it or clarifying if I found is correct, and giving a possible estimate of the value would be much appreciated.

My '79 300 (Cordoba) has one. It runs from side to side...to the driver's side vent as RemCharger said.

Don't throw it out.

The pictured duct, part number 3846579, connects the heater/air conditioner to the lap cooler vent below the steering wheel in 1979 B-bodies and 1979 - 1981 R-bodies.

The following image shows the vent side connection of the 3846579 duct in a 1979 Newport:

A similar, but shorter duct, part number 3846449, connects the heater/air conditioner to the lap cooler vent below the steering wheel in 1975 - 1978 B-bodies.
