What size fuel lines came from the factory on 69 RR and GTX's? Just put a new bigger carb on and I am running out of fuel, floats are ok. I was trying to find out if they all came out with 5/16" or did some come with 3/8"?

Ive been checkin out new sending units & they offer a 3/8 so I imagine they did come that way. At one time I ran a 1/2 line but I had a sump on my tank with a Holley blue electric pump which came with a regulator.Never had a fuel problem that way.But plan on puting it back the factory way this time.

I think the 440-6 and hemi cars came with 3/8 and the others 5/16

What kind of a build do you have to be using so much fuel?

yup,
I changed my Superbee to the 3/8" and new sending unit. It was (is) a 383 car but I put in a Hemi. figured, spend the money on the Hemi, might as well do it like the factory did with the bigger lines. I used "fine Lines" and got the sending unit from Bob Mazolinni Racing, Riverside CA. Very knowledgeable MOPAR parts/race store.

all wedge engines had 5/16" and hemi's had 3/8". 440's and hemi's had a 1/4" return line. my 69 r/t with a 440 came with a 3/8" pick-up in the tank and 5/16" line to the carb.
