So I didn't have anybody interested in partially rotted fenders to restore. A member needed a couple of pieces, so now they are cut. I thought about cutting a few more pieces and taking the rest to the scrap yard. I don't really want to put them back in the attic, but scrapping them just doesn't seem right. Maybe I'm just too much of a hoarder.

When you find out, let me know, lol. I have a couple rotted fenders I don't need but cant toss either.. Kevin

Well Kevin, I got tired of moving them around. I cut a few pieces off that I can store (just in case) and took the rest,DSCN2541.jpg with a few other pieces to the scrap yard. Wife tells me before I leave to get enough to go out to dinner tonight. Ha, I got enough for the tip. Ron.

You did what I was just going to recommend. Save the marker light openings and the body lines. Most of the rest of the fenders are just slightly curved sheet metal that can be patched in without too much trouble.
