After my build, i have an extra non ralley dash frame, and door shell.i doubt there is much call for the dash frame. And shipping costs would probably make the door shell too impactical to ship. I hate to just scrap them. And its not enough or worth it to rent space at a show. Any other practical ideas ?

Just my opinion but I always try to hold everything just in case someone might need it in the future. I 'm the same way, I hate to throw away good parts.

Came from a 68 coronet. They would work with plymouth too, but you would want to move the inner lock knob locations.

I usually check the WTB ads.You may find someone that is willing to pick the parts up. I too hate to scrap anything if it is usable.
Lots of Ohio Guys on here.

Pictures would help a lot. As with a lot of big items shipping can be a deal breaker. For a door shell, bicycle box and Greyhound.
A good used original body part is usually preferable to an after market replacement and usually cheaper.

The answer is keep them and try to sell them. I would not just scrap or throw away good parts ever.

Advertise them as free and someone who needs /wants them will probabaly either pay for shipping or just pick them up.

Or you could give them to someone who regularly sells stuff at swap meets.

I'm probably going to get slammed for this but have tried to sell, give parts away etc. but it just turns into a time suck for me. Which I can't afford.
I'll make an effort but once stuff starts piling up, off to scrap it goes.
I'm sure I'll burn in Mopar hell.

I have a lot of stuff piled up, but I have the room to store it. It never fails, if you scrap something, within 2 weeks somebody will want it.

No shit brother, no shit. You are absolutely correct. I have room too but I like to keep the place roomy. That's why I'll burn in Mopar hell.
Like I said, it's more of a time thing for me.

I'm guilty of tossing shit. I used to try to sell it on various websites but with the price of shipping and dealing with flakes it became more of clusterfuck than it was worth. half the time I couldn't give stuff away.

Is it a drivers side? I've been patiently looking for one locally, as I probably won't start working on this car for several years. All the parts on my door are good except the shell, it was side swiped. FedEx would probably ship it for $50-70.

if it's just the bare door shell, it's not all that heavy and shouldn't cost a lot to ship. Hate to toss good parts.
