My Father had many one-liners as did my DI's. Dad's were more for life situations. The DI's are for survival.

"You never have time to do it right but, you always have time to do it over".
"If you can't eat it, drink it, smoke it, or $&#! it. Don't spend money on it".
"Never s**t where you eat".
"If it's yours you have to pay for it".
"Doesn't do any good to close the barn after the horse get's out".

We had to say goodbye to him in 2011. He is missed. R.I.P. Dad.
