Wiper motor I believe. Below is a pic of the firewall on my 69 Coronet 4 door.

I haven't yet heard a definitive answer to that question. Some cars had it but most don't.
 
My 69 coronet doesn't have "the hole". Nor did any of my 68-70 bbodies.

Does it go into the cowl? That would be nice to clean out the crap that falls into there...

Yeah, I could not remember if it was used or not.Guess I will just plug it.
 
there's a multi page thread over at DC.com about the same hole , but I can't find it just now :poke:
