I'd make sure to check the hub diameter. I don't know how they are doing them with the newer wheels, but in 85 I used a Ford steel wheel to mount one of my snow tires. Went on okay, but was a bit snug going over the end of the axle hub area. Problem became apparent when it was time to take the snow tires off. Needed a torch and BFH to get the Ford wheel to come off (I know, it just wanted to stay on my Mopar so it never had to go back onto a Ford.)
Not sure about a 73 B Body, but I do know they will not work on a Challenger without a large spacer because the backspacing is to big. Do you know what it is? That would help give you an answer.
