Which thermoquad for 72 340 auto?

Which part number is for a 72 340 auto thermoquad, 6318S or 6319S?

My decoder book says 6318S is 73 340 manual, and 6319S for a 73 340 auto. For a 72, 6138S for a manual and 6139S for the manual. I have the 9th edition dated in 2001, maybe somebody else has a newer book. Good luck.
