So, by modern I mean one controlled by computers. With the exception of an ignition control module. I know I'm a rare breed, only 48 years old. But, all my vehicles are old school! My newest is a 1984 CJ 7 with a Weber carb and GM HEI ignition. I drive that every day for work. My '71 C-10 Chevy also has HEI ignition and a quadrajet carb. The GTX goes further back to points ignition and a six-barrel carb. My Harley doesn't even have a battery! It runs on a magneto and generator. I only need the generator if I want to have lights. Which, of course I do. Who else is stuck in the past with no want or need to update? I think I can fix anything on these vehicles other than an automatic transmission. Which I probably could, but I have no desire to learn that skill. Who's with me?
