Will a 71 Charger rear valance fit a 73 Charger?

I need a new rear valance on my 73 Charger hardtop. I will be sucking in the rear bumper with 71/2 mounts and removing the huge rubber "buck teeth". I'm asking this because the 73/4 rear valance has slots cut out for the rubber "buck teeth". The 71/2 valances do not. Is this a direct bolt-on since I'm tucking in the rear bumper?

I ran a 73 valance on my 71 for several years, so the mounting points are the same.
