Window regulator question?

Are the front window regulators the same on a 1966 Charger and a 1966 Coronet?

Functionally the same but I think the shaft may be longer on a Charger due to the thicker door panel.

Yes, they are different as stated above. The door panel is padded on 66/67 Chargers therefore if you use a Coronet regulator which I understand will bolt right in, you will not be able to put the window crank handle on it.

Classic Industries Product numbers MM1088 and MM1089 but are only for 1967 Chargers (2 dr Bs)

As stated in previous posts, no they are not.
