Butyl or Urethane to seal it? Do you use sealer just on bottom were gasket meets the body frame. The windshield looks hard enough to get in that channel and locked in, do you use sealer there?

Butyl for sure ... I did butyl around the entire frame, 2 rows on the bottom. Put the seal on the frame then a bead of butyl in the entire channel of the seal, install glass, wipe off excess butyl. Zero leaks, been in some heavy rain and feet stayed dry !
