Any ideas on how to get a wiper arm off a 69 roadrunner?

i think you need a special tool...i need to get mine off also and just cant figure it out!

Sometimes when a car is repainted the splined part fails to get taped off.This makes it even more of a snug fit thus harder to remove.Yep does take a special tool.

They show using a removal tool as 5wndwcpe mentioned in the 68 Plymouth manual.

Lift arm up all of the way, slide clip out to release the arm, then wiggle it pulling up towards you , and it will pop off...:icon_eyes:
