Is he trying to make the $9999 on look like a deal?

I think those dorks at GD Musclecars parts in Florida try to manipulate market offering same item at different prices.

Then taking items on and off eBay at all kinds of different prices. Seems like trying to inflate market when people seach past items for sale.
