Your 1st Mopar

68 Plymouth Sport Satellite 383 2bbl 4 speed car (1 of 338), It has a 440 and 727 now but my dad give it to me about 3 years ago.

'73 Cuda 340. Autumn Bronze Metallic w/black top and int. 58,000 miles on it when I got it. Sold it in 93 or 94 for 4500.00 to a 17 year old. He wrecked it twice then let it sit out under a tarp. It was wasted so he took everything off that was good and put it all on another 73. He still has it and is gonna paint it that citron yellow. The color that looks like a crayola crayon color. I tried to buy it back several times but, he wouldn't bite. Here is the best part. You know why I sold it? It started needing body work again. I didn't think a 73 would ever be worth much so it wouldn't be worth putting any money in. I had already had it redone twice. Brilliant huh?

Back in 1974 I got a 69 383-4speed Roadrunner for building, but my 1st driver was a 71 Fury 1 x-cop car, it was also a 383 interceptor and pretty fast for being 4000 lbs and stock.

my first mopar was a 70 charger R/T top banana with a black bumble bee stripe

I could never get it running right so i traded it 6 months later to get a paint job on my just bought 69 road runner . this was at age 16 and i still have the road runner today 26 years later

My Brother bought a white 1968 Charger in 84. We rode our bikes up to look at it then had to get an older kid from the Auto shop to drive it home.

I still have the car

'70 Duster 340. Bought it in October of 1978 in Okinawa, Japan. These pics were taken in May of 1980 just before I shipped it back to the states. The '66 Mustang 'vert belonged to a buddy of mine. Still have the Duster - this is the oddball Windsor-built car that I have mentioned on here previously. That's an old DC plate hanging down below the Japanese license plate.

im not going to mention my previous neons ... oops ! ... my first real mopar is my current 65 coronet 440 , sold my 2004 SVT cobra to get it ! i'd say it was a fair trade off, 2 different animals, one refined and one raw ... i like raw much better !

1968. I was 5. Dad always had Chevys. While car shopping he kept bringing home cars to show to my mother. He finally brought home a 68 Fury III Sport Suburban wagon. He popped the hood and I was in love! I cleaned that car evey weekend and I still remember every square inch of it.

Always have messed with mustangs, but love all the old Mopars.. Traded my turbocharged foxbody mustang to a buddy for this Fury 2 months after i finished it...LOL

My first would be my wagon.
I'm a moparhead because it runs in the family. My grandfather always had plymouths. My dad saved his plymouth from my grandpa junking it and restored it and I grew up around mopars myself. It runs in the blood.

1969 Dodge Super Bee, wanted a Hemi, but budget would only allow a 383 at the time. it was Auto/Console, Ramcharger, Side Scoop, Red w/white tail stripe, Black Interior.
